Things To Know Before Applying

  • Must be 21 Years or older

  • Our agency runs extensive background and reference checks.

  • Applicants must provide verifiable references.

  • Applicants are required to present verifiable education credentials.

  • Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in providing senior care and must possess a valid certifications (ie. negative TB results, CPR certifications)

  • Applicants need to possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with proof of auto insurance.

  • Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA

  • We expect potential employees to have personal traits and qualities of Blossom HCS caregiver, including compassion, reliability, caring nature, maturity, agility, sincerity, timeliness, trustworthiness and dependability.
